AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Senior SDET to strengthen quality across web and API layers using Java, REST Assured, and Playwright. This role blends a developer-first QA mindset with shift-left testing embedded into CI/CD pipelines, offering the chance to build testing practices from the ground up in a fast-moving engineering environment.
You will build scalable automation frameworks, define strategy, and mentor engineers while delivering frontend and API tests in a modern tech stack.
Formación
- 4+ years of experience as an SDET Engineer.
- Strong programming skills in Java (developer-first QA).
- Extensive experience using REST Assured for backend testing.
- Proven hands-on experience with Playwright.
- Deep understanding of shift-left approach and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and provide technical direction on quality initiatives.
Responsabilidades
- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web and API layers.
- Define automation strategy ensuring high test coverage and reliable releases.
- Create comprehensive API automation suites to verify microservices.
- Implement and manage frontend automation scripts for top-tier UX.
- Mentor engineers on testing best practices and foster quality-first culture.
