AgileEngine is seeking a Senior SDET to strengthen quality across web and API layers using Java, REST Assured, and Playwright. This role blends a developer-first QA mindset with shift-left testing within CI/CD pipelines to deliver robust software in a fast-moving engineering environment.

You will build scalable automation frameworks, mentor engineers, and drive test strategy across squads while ensuring high coverage and reliable releases.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as an SDET engineer.
• Strong programming skills in Java (developer-first QA).
• Extensive experience using REST Assured for backend testing.
• Proven hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Deep understanding of the shift-left approach and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web and API layers.
• Define the automation strategy to ensure high test coverage and reliable releases.
• Create comprehensive API automation suites to ensure microservices integrity.
• Implement and manage frontend automation scripts for top-tier UX.
• Mentor engineers on testing best practices and foster a quality-first culture.
