IBM is seeking an experienced SAP specialist to provide application support and maintenance for SAP BPC and SAP BW environments, ensuring stable operation of planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and data integration processes. The role involves incident resolution, performance monitoring, and close collaboration with Finance and IT stakeholders to drive enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Hands-on SAP BPC and BW experience for planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation.
• Experience providing SAP production support including troubleshooting and incident/change management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide application support and maintenance for SAP BPC and SAP BW environments to ensure stable operation of planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting and data integration processes.
• Resolve incidents, monitor system performance, and perform root-cause analysis with Finance and IT stakeholders.
• Document processes and knowledge-transfer to users; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance and Business stakeholders to optimize planning and reporting processes.

Introduction

The role is responsible for incident resolution, system monitoring, user support, data validation, enhancements, and continuous improvement activities while working closely with Finance and Business stakeholders.

Your Role And Responsibilities

Provide application support and maintenance for SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation) and SAP BW environments, ensuring stable operation of planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and data integration processes.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Hands-on experience with SAP BPC and SAP BW/BW on HANA, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.

Experience providing SAP production support, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, incident/change management, and root-cause analysis.

Experience working with Finance and IT stakeholders, with strong communication, documentation, and knowledge-transfer skills.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Experience supporting Finance/EPM solutions in large enterprise environments.

Knowledge of SAP SAC, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA Finance, and BusinessObjects is a plus.

Experience in Mining, Manufacturing, or Natural Resources industries is preferred.

Manage data modeling, ETL, DTPs, process chains, reporting, Analysis for Office, and BEx Queries.
