Job summary

Brady Corporation in Mexico seeks a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to drive SAP ECC SD/OTC and EDI integration with IBM Sterling. You will own end-to-end EDI onboarding, requirement gathering, mapping, testing, and production cutover in a global, cross-functional environment.

The role requires strong SAP SD knowledge, EDI expertise, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions across partners and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on IT Business Systems Analyst/Functional Consultant experience focused on SAP ECC SD / Order-to-Cash.
• 4+ years leading EDI partner onboarding, mapping, and interface lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, business process blueprinting, and functional specifications for SAP SD and logistics components.
• Perform hands-on SAP SD configuration for Order-to-Cash processes including master data, pricing, delivery, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Analyze bottlenecks and implement scalable enhancements within the SAP environment.
• Collaborate with MM, PP, FI/CO to ensure seamless cross-functional integration.
• Lead onboarding of new EDI trading partners and gather partner-specific EDI requirements.
• Coordinate with IBM Sterling for connectivity including AS2, SFTP, and VAN; manage mappings and schemas.
• Support and enhance ANSI X12 and EDIFACT transaction sets (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810, 820, 997).
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP IDocs and interfaces (WE20, NACE).
• Lead SIT/UAT and cutover planning with parallel runs and hypercare support.
