Job summary

Brady Corporation in Mexico is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide technology programs across ERP, CX, digital supply chain, cloud, and analytics. You will establish governance, roadmaps, budgets, and performance metrics to deliver strategy through execution.

The role requires 8+ years in IT with 5+ years managing large programs, strong English and Spanish, and experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Salesforce, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years managing large-scale enterprise programs.
• Experience leading enterprise system integrations, carve-outs/separations, or platform transitions.
• Experience across ERP (SAP ECC/S4HANA), Salesforce, eCommerce, and data platforms.
• Experience managing external systems integrators and SOWs.
• Strong financial acumen with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Excellent bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Define program governance, schedules, budgets, and status reporting across initiatives.
• Define scope, deliverables, resources, and budgets with IT leadership and executives.
• Drive end-to-end execution across interdependent projects; manage risks and issues.
• Lead initiatives across ERP, CX, Digital Supply Chain, Cloud, and Analytics.
• Manage vendor engagements and SOW deliverables with high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee program financials, resource plans, and CAPEX requirements.
• Coordinate cutover planning, transition, and hypercare support.
• Ensure alignment with Brady security, architecture, and standards.
• Support Day 1 readiness and post-implementation stabilization.
