You will support the full lifecycle, create operating procedures, and document designs for efficient system deployment. The role demands strong English skills, 5+ years in SAP-enabled processes (Order to Cash), and hands-on experience with end-to-end SAP implementations, including SD module mastery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering or related discipline.
• Advanced English language skills.
• 5+ years IT experience supporting SAP-based processes (Order to Cash).
• End-to-end SAP implementation experience; SAP SD expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Define functional business process requirements for SAP within a designated area.
• Provide full life-cycle SAP support and create system documentation.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate to design specifications and test conditions.
• Collaborate with IT teams for integration and cross-functional requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing SAP solutions to ensure business continuity.
• Act as primary IT contact for customer-facing projects and delivery managers.
• Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with commercial and order-to-cash needs.
