Zusammenfassung

O-I is seeking an experienced SAP SD professional in Mexico to define business process requirements and provide full lifecycle SAP support. You will document specifications, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive testing and validation across the order-to-cash landscape.

The role requires strong SAP SD knowledge, English fluency, and hands-on experience with EDI and OpenText tools. A hybrid on-site/remote arrangement is available in multiple Mexican locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience supporting SAP-enabled processes in SAP.
• End-to-end SAP implementation experience.
• In-depth SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) expertise.
• Strong knowledge of sales order processing, delivery, invoicing, pricing and customer master data.
• Hands-on experience with eDocument Cockpit and tax reporting in SAP.
• EDI experience is a plus including OpenText Vendor Invoice Management.

Aufgaben

• Define functional business process requirements for the SAP system within a designated functional area.
• Provide full life-cycle support and create system documentation.
• Lead business stakeholders, delivery managers and IT teams to ensure requirements are understood.
• Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for testing.
• Participate in design reviews and validate that solutions meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and test existing solutions to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with IT teams for integration and cross-functional delivery.
• Design solutions fit for purpose to support commercial and order-to-cash needs.
