PwC Mexico invites applications for an SAP OTC - Senior Associate to join our Acceleration Center in Monterrey. You will work on advisory engagements across SAP OTC, translating client needs into effective process and system solutions, and guiding teams to ensure successful delivery in diverse client settings.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, knowledge sharing, and client collaboration while developing your technical and professional brand within PwC’s Advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience required.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SAP OTC business needs and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Support SAP order-to-cash design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Review transaction flows from order entry to billing and collections to identify gaps and improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to gather requirements and track progress on deliverables.
• Interpret data to recommend process changes and automation opportunities.
• Create and update process maps and training materials for user adoption.
• Troubleshoot defects and validate fixes through testing and user feedback.
• Apply SAP knowledge across modules to support end-to-end delivery.
• Mentor junior team members on SAP OTC methodologies.
