PwC México is seeking a SAP MTD Senior Associate to analyze client needs and translate them into SAP solution requirements within Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services. You will manage workstreams, guide juniors, and apply critical thinking to optimize SAP deployments.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client business needs and translating them into SAP solution requirements.
• Supporting SAP implementation, enhancement, and application support workstreams across core business processes.
• Configuring and testing SAP functionality to validate system behavior and process fit.
• Troubleshooting application issues and coordinating resolution efforts across technical teams and client stakeholders.
• Developing training materials and delivering user support to improve adoption of SAP tools and processes.
• Interpreting data, process flows, and system dependencies to inform recommendations and implementation plans.
• Reviewing deliverables for completeness and consistency while guiding junior team members on assigned tasks.
• Building client relationships by anticipating needs, communicating progress, and adapting to shifting project priorities.
