Job summary

PwC México is seeking an SAP OTC - Senior Associate to join our Acceleration Center. The role focuses on consulting across SAP OTC, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training to enhance operational efficiency across client engagements.

You will work within our Advisory practice, mentor junior team members, and manage workstreams while developing your technical and consulting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of SAP OTC experience.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SAP OTC business needs and translate requirements into processes and system solutions.
• Support SAP order-to-cash design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities across implementation and enhancement workstreams.
• Review transaction flows from order entry through billing, revenue recognition, and collections to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, clarify issues, and maintain progress across assigned deliverables.
• Interpreting functional and technical data to recommend process changes, control improvements, and automation opportunities.
• Create and update documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption and solution readiness.
• Troubleshooting system defects, coordinating issue resolution, and validating fixes through testing and user feedback.
• Applying SAP knowledge across integrated modules and enterprise systems to support end to end solution delivery.
• Guiding junior team members through task completion, review cycles, and practical application of SAP OTC methods.
