Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a System Transformation SAP Senior Associate to help clients transform business processes using SAP and related tools within our Audit and Assurance practice. You will analyze complex challenges, build client relationships, and guide junior team members while deepening technical skills and professional judgment.

You will support ERP security, access control, and IT controls assessments, review process changes, and help clients understand leading practice

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience.
English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Analyzing SAP transformation workstreams to identify risks, cros s‑functional impacts.
Supporting ERP security, access control, and IT controls assessments.
Reviewing business process changes and control design to identify weaknesses and remediation options.
Interpreting client data and process documentation to develop insights for testing.
Coordinating deliverables across project activities and deadlines.
Guiding junior team members on control testing steps and issue tracking.
Applying knowledge of SAP GRC, SAP ERP to support risk and control evaluations.
Contributing to discussions on process improvement and SOX compliance.
