Job summary

PwC México is seeking a Senior Associate for SAP HCM Payroll to support client requirements, design, testing, and deployment within the Digital Core Modernisation practice. You will analyze complex payroll scenarios, mentor junior teammates, and ensure accurate processing across SAP environments.

You will collaborate with global teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, and contribute to ongoing client relationships while expanding your own technical and consulting skillset.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required for oral and written communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing SAP HCM payroll requirements and translating client needs into workable configuration and support tasks
• Supporting payroll process design, testing, deployment, and post go-live issue resolution across SAP HCM environments
• Interpreting payroll results, identifying variances, and tracing data issues across time, pay elements, and employee records
• Coordinating workstreams for payroll configuration, integration touchpoints, and data validation activities
• Preparing functional documentation, process maps, and test scripts that support implementation and enhancement efforts
• Reviewing payroll controls, compliance requirements, and system changes to validate accurate processing and reporting
• Guiding junior team members through assigned tasks, issue tracking, and deliverable preparation
• Building client relationships by responding to questions, explaining technical findings, and adapting recommendations to changing business needs
