SAP SE is seeking an experienced Enhanced Operations Service Specialist to support Enterprise Cloud Services in a hybrid model (3 days onsite in Monterrey or Mexico City). You’ll safeguard and optimize customer SAP Enterprise Cloud investments, lead technical initiatives, and collaborate with global teams.

The role requires 5–6 years as a SAP NetWeaver consultant with strong BASIS and HANA skills, plus UNIX/Linux and cloud experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT management.
• 5–6 years of work experience as a Technical SAP NetWeaver Consultant (ABAP/Java Basis).
• Knowledge of BO, BODS and UNIX/Linux environment.
• Experience with SAP NetWeaver, HANA DB, ASE and cloud deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure planned changes are completed on schedule with KPI/SLA adherence.
• Respond quickly to escalations and drive initiatives to improve operations.
• Analyze customer feedback and drive process improvements within timelines.
• Collaborate across teams to streamline server operations and automation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery.
