SAP SE busca un IT Technology Services Specialist para apoyar servicios en nube y plataformas SAP, con responsabilidad en diseño y administración de infraestructuras de servidores. La posición es híbrida y requiere presencia 3 días/semana en Monterrey o CDMX.

Se valora experiencia en servicios basados en nube, conocimientos en C++, Java, HTML, Python y PHP, y capacidad de trabajar con IA para extraer insights y automatizar procesos.

Formación

• Experiencia de al menos 2 años con servicios en la nube.
• Conocimientos de C++, Java, HTML, Python y PHP para depuración y automatización.
• Capacidad de diseño conceptual y administración de entornos Windows y Linux.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, configurar y administrar infraestructuras de servidores (Windows y Linux).
• Gestionar servicios en la nube y automatización de procesos.
• Colaborar con equipos para optimizar entrega operativa usando AI y herramientas de automatización.

Meet your team:

BIO Americas is responsible for 24x7 Ops of important and critical SAP systems and applications embedded in an international delivery approach. As part of BSS team, the “Cloud Platform enablement” team is focusing on shared infrastructure services.

As IT Technology Services Specialist you are responsible for:

• Conceptual design, configuration and administration of server landscapes with focus on Windows and Linux Operating systems
• Cloud administration skills
• Drive innovation to optimize, automate and standardize the operational delivery processes using Agentic AI and automation tools.
• Strong collaboration with server management units in the Service Centers of Global IT IS
• Strong alignment and close cooperation with internal customers and partners

Requirements of the role:

• Strong eagerness to learn and bringa structured, customer-focused approach to technical support and problem solving.
• Thrive in team settings, communicate clearly, and consistently uphold a positive customer service attitude.
• Two years of experience with cloud-based services along with the adaptability to work across different platforms.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, HTML, Python, and PHP to aid troubleshooting and automation
• Foundational understanding of AI to leverage data-driven insights and emerging technologies
