Job summary

Perficient is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to drive architecture and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will lead technical design, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide hands-on engineering leadership across distributed teams.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong communication skills, and a focus on scalable, secure performance. Remote/ Mexico-based collaboration is expected in a global delivery context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of dedicated Salesforce experience including senior technical leadership.
• Hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, Flows, SOQL, and security.
• Proven architecture across scalable automation, data models, and integrations.
• Strong REST/SOAP API, Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD experience.
• Excellent professional English for client conversations and workshops.
• Strong consulting skills and cross-functional influence.
• Located in Mexico with distributed stakeholders.
• Preferred Claude experience; MuleSoft and event-driven patterns preferred.
• Salesforce certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide developers on coding, design, testing, deployment, security, and best practices.
• Design scalable solutions with Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, and platform config.
• Review PRs, identify performance risks, and enforce standards.
• Oversee integrations (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft) across enterprise systems.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines using Git and DX.
• Translate business requirements into technical blueprints and delivery plans.
• Explain architecture decisions, debt, security concerns, and delivery risks.
• Author design specs, deployment instructions, and review guidance.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, QA, developers, and clients.
• Evaluate Salesforce releases and AI capabilities for platform improvement.
