Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience and leadership in Agile projects.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce development, Apex, LWC, APIs, integrations, data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and own scalable end-to-end Salesforce solution architectures.
• Lead discovery, solution design, reviews, and implementation planning.
• Mentor and manage local and offshore development teams.
