Sovos is seeking a Support Systems Architect/Developer to own the build and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment powering global support operations. You will design and implement Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Bots, Messaging, and Omni-Channel configurations to empower agents across time zones.

You will lead from design through deployment, maintain clean metadata and release pipelines, and integrate Salesforce with internal systems.

Formación

• 3+ years developing on the Salesforce platform with focus on Service Cloud or customer-support use cases.
• Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications required; Service Cloud Consultant preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Bots, Messaging, and Omni-Channel.
• Own declarative and programmatic work to meet each use case; maintain metadata and release pipelines.
• Lead implementation from design through deployment, including tests and UAT support.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and wider support stack; research best-fit patterns.
