Cnx is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Developer to advance our CRM capabilities. The role focuses on data management, configuration, and process improvements within Salesforce, ensuring accurate, reliable revenue data and scalable solutions.
You will work remotely, collaborating with RevOps and GTM teams to optimize pipelines, dashboards, and reporting while maintaining rigorous data hygiene and documentation.
Formación
- Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise is required.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows clearly.
- Detail-oriented with large datasets and data hygiene.
Responsabilidades
- Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data, including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
- Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, and inconsistent records.
- Standardize fields, naming conventions, data structures, and pipeline information.
- Support CRM consolidation, migration, and data cleanup initiatives.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
- Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
- Promote consistent Salesforce usage and data-management practices.
- Document CRM processes and SOPs.
