Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation or support.
• Experience with Apex and LWC and platform development.
• Experience supporting quoting, pricing, and order management.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
• Configure and support Salesforce CPQ, including bundles, pricing rules, and approvals.
• Design integrations and automations for quote-to-cash processes.
• Troubleshoot CPQ issues including pricing, configuration, and workflow.
• Support production environments, manage tickets, and assist end users.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and identify automation opportunities.
