Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team for a rapid assessment project in the MedTech domain. You will establish a clear MVP roadmap, evaluate current capabilities and validate requirements across a net-new Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced installation.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Lead design, development and deployment of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced platform tailored to client requirements.
• Oversee two junior developers and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with existing enterprise systems for data flow and campaign execution.
• Effective communication with client stakeholders and internal teams to manage expectations and progress.
• Conduct code reviews, testing and troubleshooting to maintain stability and performance.
• Drive MVP delivery by prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing needs.
• Document technical solutions, workflows and integration points.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2 level or higher).
