Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team as we deliver a rapid MVP for the MedTech domain. You will architect, customize, and integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud across enterprise environments while leading a small development team.

You will engage with stakeholders, manage client communications, drive fast delivery, and ensure code quality through reviews and testing, all while aligning with regulatory considerations in healthcare.

Qualifications

Three or more years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of a MC Advanced platform for client-specific requirements.
Oversee and support two junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and timely delivery.
Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with existing enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow and campaign execution.
Facilitate regular communication with client stakeholders and internal teams to manage expectations.
Demonstrate decent communication skills with working English fluency (B2 level or higher).
