Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to grow skills in building, designing, and deploying digital marketing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will assist in deploying marketing campaigns, support Salesforce Marketing Cloud usage, and contribute to simple Apex development.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will manage data, write SOQL queries, and participate in data integration tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with digital marketing solutions on Salesforce platform
• Basic experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Foundational knowledge of Apex-based Salesforce development
• Basic understanding of SOQL for querying Salesforce data
• Exposure to data management and integrations within Salesforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Clear communication skills for working with technical and business teams
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership of tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and deploying digital marketing solutions using Salesforce platform
• Support the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create effective solutions
• Help develop functionalities through basic Apex programming
• Write and manage simple SOQL queries to retrieve data
• Support data management and integration tasks within Salesforce
• Apply foundational analytical skills to help troubleshoot technical issues
• Communicate clearly with team members across technical and business functions
