Qualifications

3+ years of progressive experience in a technical enablement, solution architecture, technical training, or customer-facing engineering role.
Proven technical depth and hands-on aptitude with enterprise-grade platforms, integration engines, or data analytics software.
Commanding presentation and public speaking skills, with a track record of leading interactive workshops, technical deep-dives, or executive briefings.
Exceptional ability to rapidly absorb complex technologies and translate them into structured, engaging learning frameworks.
Deep experience driving virtual and in-person enablement using enterprise collaboration suites (e.g., Zoom, WebEx).
Proven comfort with live technical demonstrations, live debugging, and real-time troubleshooting during interactive sessions.
Strong executive presence, time management, and agility when navigating dynamic enterprise customer environments.
Hands-on familiarity with the Salesforce Ecosystem (Data Cloud, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Tableau).
Background in high-impact technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Enablement Architect, Support Engineer, Technical Educator, Customer Success Manager, or Product Manager.
Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, MuleSoft Certified Developer/Architect, or Tableau Certified).
Proven success driving enterprise digital transformation, change management, or user adoption initiatives.

Demystify Enterprise Complexity: Distill advanced architectural and technical concepts into intuitive, actionable insights for audiences ranging from hands‑on developers to executive stakeholders.
Drive Dynamic Engagement: Facilitate interactive, high‑energy sessions that foster active participation, collaborative problem‑solving, and real‑world application.
Act as a Trusted Technical Advisor: Partner directly with Signature, Premier, and Standard Success Plan customers to deliver best practices, strategic implementation guidance, and tailored adoption roadmaps.
Accelerate Value Realization: Drive rapid customer adoption of cutting‑edge Salesforce technologies through targeted enablement programs and strategic workshops.
Shape the Enablement Ecosystem: Collaborate cross‑functionally with Content Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Management teams to continuously innovate and refine our global learning offerings.
Champion the Brand Globally: Represent Salesforce as a premier speaker and technical expert at major industry conferences and flagship customer events (e.g., Dreamforce, TDX).
Exceed Operational Benchmarks: Consistently achieve top‑tier CSAT scores and high‑performance delivery metrics.
