You will deliver hands-on workshops, live demonstrations, and strategic enablement across virtual and in-person environments. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with customers to drive adoption, shape enablement programs, and represent Salesforce at major events, maintaining exceptional delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical enablement or customer-facing engineering.
• Hands-on depth with enterprise platforms, integration engines, or data analytics software.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills with a track record of workshops or executive briefings.
• Experience delivering live technical demonstrations, debugging, and troubleshooting in sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact scaled learning across virtual and in-person environments.
• Demystify enterprise complexity for audiences from hands-on developers to executives.
• Facilitate interactive, high-energy sessions with active participation and real-world application.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to Signature, Premier, and Standard Success Plan customers.
• Accelerate value realization through targeted enablement programs and workshops.
• Collaborate with Content Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Management to innovate learning offerings.
• Represent Salesforce as a speaker and technical expert at conferences and flagship events.
• Maintain top CSAT scores and delivery benchmarks.
