Leadout Capital is seeking a MuleSoft Senior Instructor to join the Education & Success Enablement team in Mexico City. You will architect and deliver high-impact learning experiences that empower enterprises to master Salesforce technologies with confidence.

As a trusted technical advisor, you will lead live, hands-on workshops and global enablement programs, driving measurable business value across Salesforce Success Plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical enablement, solution architecture, technical training, or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Proven technical depth with enterprise-grade platforms, integration engines, or data analytics software.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills with experience leading workshops and executive briefings.
• Ability to rapidly absorb complex technologies and translate them into structured learning frameworks.
• Experience delivering enablement virtually and in person using Zoom, WebEx, etc.
• Comfort with live demos, debugging, and real-time troubleshooting during sessions.
• Executive presence and adaptability in dynamic enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact scaled learning across elite 1:Many customer enablement programs, including immersive workshops and multi-day courses.
• Demystify complex enterprise architectures for audiences from hands-on developers to executives.
• Facilitate interactive sessions that drive participation and practical application.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to Signature, Premier, and Standard Success Plan customers with adoption roadmaps.
• Drive rapid value realization by enabling customers to adopt Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with Content Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to evolve learning offerings.
• Represent Salesforce as a speaker at major conferences and flagship events.
• Maintain top CSAT scores and strong delivery metrics.
