Jabil seeks a Technical Sector Lead to act as a senior RF authority across the full product lifecycle from NPI to high-volume manufacturing. You will provide expert RF support, drive test methodologies, and optimize production with close collaboration with R&D, NPI/TPI teams, manufacturing sites, and repair centers.

You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and be the trusted technical owner for radio products (LTE/NR), ensuring robust performance, test yield, and cost-efficient

Competenze

• Deep understanding of RF design and wireless principles.
• Experience with 4G/5G telecom systems and RF KPI measurement.
• Hands-on RF product design or testing in transceivers and RF components.
• Global collaboration and leadership in cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team across Product, Test, Quality and Manufacturing Eng.
• Serve as senior technical owner for radio product (LTE/NR) at global sites (Mexico, India, China).
• Drive continuous improvement of test time, yield and defects.
• Lead high-complexity failure analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Provide technical proposals to R&D and mentor RF engineers.
