Benchmark in Mexico is seeking an experienced RF Test Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize RF test processes for PCBA and electronic products. The role involves troubleshooting at component and board levels and supporting NPI activities with test development and validation.

You'll collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Process, and Design Engineering teams to improve product performance and yield, validate test fixtures and equipment, and ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
• 3+ years of RF testing, electronics manufacturing, or test engineering.
• Strong knowledge of RF measurement equipment (spectrum/network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes).
• Experience troubleshooting PCBA at component level.
• IPC-A-610 knowledge for electronics assemblies required.
• Understanding SMT processes and electronic components.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English communication (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and optimize RF test processes for PCBA and electronic products.
• Troubleshoot RF and electronic assembly issues at component and board levels.
• Analyze test data and identify root causes using statistical and engineering methods.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including test development and validation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Process, and Design Engineering teams to improve product performance and yield.
• Validate test fixtures, equipment, and automated test systems.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, IPC standards, and manufacturing requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to test coverage, efficiency, and product reliability.
• Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
