Radiall is seeking an Applications Engineer to be the primary technical contact for customers, collaborating with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and sales teams across North America.

You will diagnose complex RF/microwave challenges, support product selection, develop documentation, and contribute to new product qualifications while guiding customers to reliable, high‑performance solutions for mission‑critical applications.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant work experience with strong specialized knowledge
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively English and Spanish completely fluent
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills involving RF and microwave components
• Familiarity with RF/microwave fundamentals and S-parameters, insertion loss, VSWR
• Familiarity with multipin aerospace connectors and fiber optic interconnects

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary technical resource supporting customers across North America
• Respond to inquiries regarding product selection and specifications
• Coordinate and deliver technical documentation
• Support new product development with R&D and Product Management
• Assist customers with product selection and cross-references
• Work with Engineering, Quality, and Sales to respond to requests
• Support customer evaluations and new product introductions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with experts
• Translate customer requirements into actionable information for internal teams
