Job summary

Improvado is seeking a senior RevOps professional to own revenue operations across Salesforce and GTM tools. You will configure Salesforce, manage releases and integrations, and maintain data integrity to support ARR, bookings, and invoicing processes.

You will run revenue analytics, CRO reporting, and forecast; collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Product to explain deal movement and ensure data accuracy. Remote-first environment in a US-based SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops for B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on admin experience with a live Salesforce org.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills; N/W warehouse concepts.
• Experience with revenue lifecycle: ARR, bookings, renewals, invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue operations tooling and data quality across Salesforce and GTM stack.
• Manage Salesforce configuration, releases, access, and integrations (Gong, Clay, Lemlist, e-signature, lead routing).
• Maintain CRM hygiene, licenses, renewals, and RevOps SOPs; train new hires.
• Own ARR/ bookings logic and ensure consistency across agreements, opportunities and invoices.
• Run revenue analytics, quarterly packs, CRO reports, forecast and pipeline coverage.
• Track funnel, attribution with Marketing, and explain movement of deals; document definitions.
