Qualifications

• Experience administering Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to build and optimize dashboards for multiple teams.
• Knowledge of data hygiene and deduplication practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce (or HubSpot), including users, objects, fields, and permissions
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, and validation rules
• Keep CRM data clean, deduplicated, and accurate
• Build reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and customer success
• Document processes and support users with CRM questions
• Partner with GTM leaders on pipeline, forecasting, and process improvements
