Salesforce is seeking a Junior Salesforce CRM Developer to join our remote team. You will work on data management, CRM configuration, and reporting to support accurate sales data and efficient processes.

You will configure objects, fields, workflows, and dashboards, while maintaining data hygiene and collaborating with RevOps to improve pipeline insights in a fast‑growing environment. This role is remote with upfront onboarding in ET hours.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise.
• Experience with data management and CRM processes.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
• Implement and maintain CRM processes based on defined business requirements.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
• Support revenue operations and GTM processes.
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
