AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Analyst to back data-driven decisions for a major OTT streaming business. You will build Snowflake tables, Tableau dashboards, and reports translating complex data into clear insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and strong analytical judgment are essential. You will own analytical projects, produce critical monthly reports, and collaborate across teams to model promotions, optimize retention, and support revenue

Formación

• 4+ years of independent project ownership at Senior Analyst level.
• Fluent/business-level English (written and verbal).
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, CS, or equivalent.
• Daily proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, and Python.
• Strong SQL skills with CTEs, window functions, and date/time functions.
• Tableau is the primary BI tool for dashboards.
• Familiarity with DBT, AWS/S3, SageMaker, and Airflow is a plus.
• Basic statistics and/or machine learning knowledge.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for workflow efficiency.
• Excellent communication to explain business impact of analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytics and reporting tables for subscription and promo offers performance.
• Produce monthly financial reports and perform variance analysis.
• Build reports and Tableau dashboards for Finance, Marketing, and Product.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and promo impact.
• Model discount strategies and analyze subscriber retention and LTV.
• Ensure data accuracy and run quality-control processes.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to integrate marketing and content data.
