Atomic HR is seeking a Senior Web Analyst/Data Engineer to own end-to-end data pipelines for paid media and CRM, feeding Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports. You will design scalable ETL architectures, build dbt/Dataform transformations, and ensure data quality across multi-client environments.

Remote role with async collaboration. Candidates should have 5+ years in data engineering, strong SQL/BigQuery, Python for APIs, and experience with Adverity or similar tools.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering, preferable in marketing/agency.
• Strong SQL, BigQuery experience in transformation, partitioning, modeling.
• Experience with Adverity or comparable ETL platforms (Fivetran, Supermetrics, Funnel).
• Python proficiency for API connections and pipeline automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC).
• Proficiency with Git and multi-client data environments.

Responsabilidades

• Ingest data and architect scalable pipelines from source to dashboard.
• Maintain reliable CRM data connections to feed warehouse.
• Manage Google BigQuery warehouse schemas and performance.
• Build modular SQL transformations in dbt/Dataform pipelines.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for robust releases and data segregation.
• Create fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated Google Sheets reports.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies across layers.
