AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive data-informed decisions for subscriptions and promotions in a major OTT streaming business. You will build Snowflake tables, create Tableau dashboards, and produce reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product.

Strong SQL, Python, and analytical judgment are essential. You will collaborate across teams to deliver timely analyses, support revenue strategies, and ensure data accuracy while aligning

Formación

• 4+ years of independent project ownership for Senior Analyst level.
• Fluent/business-level English (written and verbal).
• College degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Daily proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, and Python.
• Proficiency in SQL with CTEs, window functions, and date/time functions.
• Tableau as primary BI tool for dashboards.
• Familiarity with data models, transforming raw columnar data, and loading large datasets.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and/or machine learning.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) for workflow efficiency.
• Strong communication to explain business implications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and align with US Eastern Time hours.

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting database tables to track subscription and promo performance.
• Produce and maintain monthly financial reports with variance analysis.
• Build Tableau dashboards summarizing metrics for Finance, Marketing, and Product.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and promo impact.
• Model discount strategies and analyze retention and LTV for revenue.
• Ensure data accuracy with data collection and quality control processes.
• Handle ad hoc requests from multiple teams with timely accuracy.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics team to integrate marketing and content data.
