AgileEngine is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to own the data pipeline and analytical architecture for a large-volume marketing analytics platform. You will shape partitioning strategy, file formats, schema design, and near-real-time processing on an S3-backed data lake, and lead a team of senior developers with strong coding standards.

• 7+ years of engineering experience
• OLAP-style analytical data architecture
• Object-storage-backed data lakes (S3 or equivalent)
• Deep DAG/workflow orchestration knowledge (Airflow or equivalent)
• AWS data stack experience (S3, Athena, EKS/Kubernetes)
• Python backend development
• REST and GraphQL proficiency
• Docker and PostgreSQL experience
• Mac/Linux terminal familiarity
• AI-assisted development tools usage
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Upper-Intermediate English

Responsabilidades

• Design and own ETL pipelines at scale.
• Make architectural calls on partitioning, file formats, and near-real-time processing.
• Own Airflow DAG design, structure, dependencies, and triggering strategy.
• Drive AWS data stack usage and collaborate with DevOps.
• Review PRs and enforce code quality.
• Guide senior developers and uphold engineering practices.
