Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Retail Implementation Specialist to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America from Mexico. This hands-on individual contributor role requires coordinating discovery, scope, testing, and go-live while managing milestones and risks.

You will work with fashion and apparel retail teams to translate requirements into practical solutions, run workshops with executives, and support pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands‑on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
• A record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.
