DHL Group in Mexico is seeking a Sr Retail Engineering Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Retail operations and commercial initiatives, driving efficiency, customer experience, revenue growth, and innovation.

You will manage data-driven initiatives, KPI tracking, and cross-functional projects across the Retail channel, while coaching and developing the team to sustain high performance and alignment with DHL standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading teams and driving transformation in Retail/Lodistics or related fields.
• Strong analytics to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Project and change management across cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and digital strategic initiatives focused on Retail growth, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Drive process optimization to improve efficiency, service quality, and profitability across Retail.
• Monitor Retail performance via data analysis, KPI management, and reporting.
• Develop and execute pricing and promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate stakeholders for transformation initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with DHL standards and operational requirements.
