Job summary

HP is seeking an Expert staff-level professional to drive strategic responsible sourcing and human rights initiatives across the company’s value chain.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with procurement, legal, sustainability, and customer-facing teams to deliver governance, risk management, and scalable processes. Strong program management and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Public Affairs, policy analysis, advocacy strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
• Human rights, labor standards, living wage, responsible recruitment, forced labor prevention, and responsible exit principles.
• Responsible sourcing management systems, supplier requirements, supplier training, and capability building.
• Executive communication, thought leadership, policy writing, issue management, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Leads development, governance, and continuous improvement of sub-tier due diligence across HP's supply chain.
• Designs and manages programs to identify, assess, mitigate and prevent risks.
• Translate complex topics into practical guidance for internal teams and customers.
