Job summary

Blue Coding, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead FP&A for a real estate private equity platform. You will own budgets, forecasts, and development financials across operating entities and funds, translating data into decision-ready insights for executives and investors.

You will partner with accounting, development, and asset management teams, building robust models, conducting sensitivity analyses, and delivering clear commentary on drivers and risks.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of FP&A, investment banking, private equity, real estate investment, or corporate finance.
• Real estate development or multifamily exposure strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with multi-entity structures and investor allocations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and development budgets across entities.
• Manage rolling re-forecasts and reconcile versions.
• Create cash flow forecasts and capital schedules.
• Develop pro formas and waterfall distributions at fund/project levels.
• Underwrite opportunities and prepare investment committee analyses.
• Produce reporting packages and conduct variance analyses.
