Oliver Wyman seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team in the Office of the CFO. Hybrid role, two days per week in Mexico City; fully remote not available. You will own core FP&A processes, drive forecasting and planning, and deliver executive reporting with data-driven insights.

You will leverage AI tools and BI platforms to automate analyses, improve data quality, and support strategic finance initiatives across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Approximately 4-6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for senior-management materials.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI and BI platforms.
• Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion Planning, SmartView, Anaplan or similar tools.
• Experience using automation or AI tools to improve workflows.
• SQL, Python or VBA experience preferred but not required.
• English fluency required (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including consolidation analysis and KPIs.
• Support month-end close, variance analysis, reconciliations, and item investigations.
• Prepare clear financial commentary for senior stakeholders.
• Develop driver-based analyses and scenario models for planning.
• Partner with regional FP&A and Controllership to consolidate inputs.
