Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Lead R&O Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at our ISC CORP facility in Juarez, Chihuahua. You will provide technical guidance to the maintenance team and drive improvements to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and help optimize maintenance schedules and resources in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency is required to communicate effectively with teams.

Formación

• Technical degree in maintenance, electronics, electromechanical, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SMT operations within manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in maintenance processes.
• Experience of SMT Equipment (DEK Machine, Panasonic Pick & Place, Heller and AOI Koh Young).
• IPC knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance team.
• Support the implementation of maintenance processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation.
• Daily work assignments are completed on time and no rework is required.
• Maintain and repair all assets to ensure their proper operating condition.
• Document maintenance tasks and submit maintenance reports.
