Honeywell International, Inc. in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production, drive improvements, and ensure adherence to engineering standards. The role calls for strong CAD skills, PLC knowledge, and experience inLean/Six Sigma principles.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, improve quality, and introduce new products while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of PLC and electrical control.
• Proficiency with manufacturing engineering tools, data analysis software, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with CAD software and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is preferred.
• AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support manufacturing engineering processes by troubleshooting and resolving production issues
• Implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety in manufacturing operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and design engineering to optimize manufacturing workflows
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, documentation, and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support new product introductions
