Honeywell Technologies is seeking an ISC Jr Supervisor to lead a production team at the Juarez, Chihuahua site. You will coordinate the team to meet production and project goals, ensure adherence to Standard Work, and promote continuous improvement using tools like Kaizen.

You will report to the management team on-site, overseeing safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple production lines within the Building Automation sector.

Formación

• Currently pursuing the final semesters of an Engineering degree or recently graduated in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in leadership roles managing teams within a technical or operational environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate a team to achieve production and project goals.
• Maintain and update production reports and dashboards.
• Ensure 100% compliance with the production plan and safety policies.
• Drive continuous improvement using CI tools and Kaizen events.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Materials, HSE, Quality, and HR.
