Honeywell Technologies in Juarez, Chihuahua, is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineering Technician to provide technical guidance for manufacturing teams and drive continuous improvement across production lines. The role covers time study, line balancing, SAP routing, and fixture support within a high-volume electronics environment.

The candidate should have 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong process knowledge, problem-solving skills, and leadership experience.

Formación

5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in manufacturing processes
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
Six Sigma certification or lean manufacturing experience
Knowledge of quality management systems and tools
Leadership and team management skills
Continuous improvement mindset
ISO 9000 Basic Knowledge

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the manufacturing team
Time Study Analysis & Production Line Balancing
Production Standard Definition
Support Routing & Work Center Creation in SAP
Support the implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth production flow
Support on Fixture Design & Fabrication
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation
