Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Lead R&O Maintenance Technician for its ISC CORP facility in Juarez, Chihuahua. You will provide technical guidance to the maintenance team and drive maintenance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in SMT operations within a manufacturing setting, hands-on experience with DEK, Panasonic PnP, Heller, and Koh Young AOI, IPC knowledge, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Formación

Must have 5+ years of experience in SMT operations within a manufacturing environment.
Technical degree in maintenance, electronics, electromechanical, or related field.
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in maintenance processes.
Experience with SMT equipment (DEK, PnP, Heller, AOI Koh Young).
IPC knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance team.
Support the implementation of maintenance processes and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth maintenance activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation.
Daily work assignments are completed on time and no rework is required.
Maintain and repair all assets to ensure proper operating condition.
Document maintenance tasks and submit maintenance reports.
