Griffith Foods is seeking a senior Food Scientist and Product Development lead in Monterrey to drive new product projects and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will ensure product and process development meets customer, brand, technical, cost, and food safety requirements.

As a fully bilingual professional, you will identify new ingredients, technologies, and packaging to improve margins and speed to market while mentoring R&D talent and supporting launches for key accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent.
• 5–10 years in food processing, consumer products, or R&D.
• Fully bilingual in English and another language.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product leadership and plan resources for new projects.
• Ensure R&D meets customer, quality, safety, and regulatory needs.
• Accelerate speed to market using IPM methodology.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and QA.
• Mentor R&D talent and promote inclusion and collaboration.
