Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Quality Engineering leader to execute operational plans, drive corrective actions, and ensure product and process reliability across two Monterrey sites.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering (Master's preferred), 7+ years in Quality, strong supplier and process quality experience, and advanced English. Travel to sites in Monterrey will be required; GD&T and QMS expertise are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Management, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Strong experience in Supplier Quality and Process Quality.
• Proven experience leading quality initiatives in manufacturing environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute Quality Engineering operational plans to reduce nonconformities and maintain quality standards.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions for customer quality issues.
• Develop and implement testing, inspection methods, and quality technologies to ensure product and process reliability.
• Drive risk management activities using APQP/PPAP core tools, including PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans.
• Lead escape management, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Oversee process change management, work transfers, and PPAP approvals.
• Manage quality performance across two Monterrey sites.
