You will analyze quality data, drive root-cause investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions to strengthen process capability. The role involves collaboration with production and cross-functional teams to improve product conformity, support audits, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• More than four years in quality engineering or manufacturing quality role.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, MSA, capability studies, DOE, and data analysis; experience with Minitab or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality problem-solving using root-cause analysis and advanced quality tools.
• Develop and implement corrective/preventive actions, control plans, and FMEA improvements.
• Partner with production and cross-functional teams to improve process capability and reduce cost of quality.
• Support internal and external audits and communicate performance and risks to leadership.
