BENTELER Automotive is seeking a Professional Quality specialist in Puebla to drive quality activities across functions and ensure customer requirements are translated into internal specs. You will lead quality launches and collaborate with suppliers and production teams.

Responsibilities include PPAP management, PFMEA development, gauge development, and PPAP readiness, with travel to other sites or customers as needed.

Formación

• Advanced quality experience in automotive industry.
• Core Tools knowledge.
• IATF 16949 familiarity.
• Project management experience.
• Proficient problem solving skills.
• Business English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel to other sites or customer locations.

Responsabilidades

• Assure successful launch by proactively leading the Quality activities and monitoring other functions that affect Quality.
• Translate customer expectations/specifications to internal quality requirements and ensure their implementation.
• Initiate and support feasibility studies, tolerance development and planning of poka yoke.
• Support the prototype production and delivery approval.
• Contribute to the development of test methods and equipment including concept development for (simple) gauges and approvals.
• Work with gauge suppliers during development and buy off process through launch, including 90 days post SOP.
• Create and lead team in process flow, control plans and PFMEA development.
• Responsible for the maintenance of necessary failure/effective analysis until hand off with plant.
• Support internal run@rate including audit.
• Manage PPAP and launch activity.
• Statistically evaluate dimensional performance such as Pp,Ppk, Cp, Cpk, and dimensional interpretation.
• Collaborate with the production site to accomplish the quality performance until it is good enough to hand off to Plant Quality.
• Lead part interaction initial stack up analysis.
• Lead Customer meetings during the project until SOP.
