General Motors de México is seeking a Launch Quality Group Leader to guide quality assurance during new product launches, from prototype builds to SORP. You will drive adherence to APQP, PPAP, MSA, and SPC standards while coordinating with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure readiness and flawless launches.

The role requires strong leadership, GD&T knowledge, proficiency in Q-DAS/Minitab, and advanced English. Travel up to 25% and an onsite work arrangement are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field or experience.
• Experience with ISO standards, BIQ, and GQRs.
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Proficiency in Q-DAS or Minitab.
• Knowledge of Power BI (desirable).
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Advanced and fluent English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality assurance activities during new product launches and oversee prototype builds through Start of Regular Production (SORP).
• Drive compliance with quality standards, PPAP requirements, and manufacturing readiness processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and achieve launch quality targets.
